About
A consultancy built around handing the work back
Most software problems are not staffing problems. They are decision problems that need engineers willing to argue with the brief.
We take on work where the technical decisions matter — platform architecture, modernisation, applied AI, and products that have to survive contact with real operations.
We are deliberately not a staffing business. Adding headcount to a poorly-framed problem produces more code and the same outcome. Our value sits in the first decisions, and in the delivery discipline that follows them.
- 01
Senior teams, no layers
Two to six senior people, embedded in your process. You talk to the engineers doing the work.
- 02
Decisions in writing
Architecture records and a running decision log, so the reasoning survives staff changes — including ours.
- 03
Your code, from day one
Work happens in your repositories. IP and infrastructure ownership are never a negotiation later.
- 04
An exit plan by default
Tests, runbooks and deployment automation ship with the software, so handover is a decision, not a project.

This site is a working foundation while positioning and reference work are finalised. Case studies are labelled sample scenarios, and we do not publish client names, logos or metrics we cannot evidence.
