Who we are
Product Operations Consulting ("we", "us") operates the website at pocsoft.tech. For questions about this policy or about data we hold, contact hello@pocsoft.tech.
What we collect
- Enquiry data. Name, work email, company, selected service, estimated budget, NDA preference and the project description you submit through the contact form.
- Correspondence. Emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) generated when your browser requests a page.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and to discuss potential work — our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- To perform or prepare a contract where an engagement follows.
- To keep the site secure and operational — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax record keeping.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless an engagement begins — in which case contractual and accounting records are retained for the period required by law. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our instructions: hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery, and form processing. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. We do not transfer personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, emailhello@pocsoft.tech. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to team members who need it in order to respond. No transmission method is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material through the contact form before an NDA is in place.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date above reflects the current version.
